Out of economic necessity, we discovered that it was much more cost-effective to design our own business cards, rack cards, brochures, banners, and trade show displays. Printing is a very expensive commodity here in Alaska, and we found that if we could provide our own “print-ready” files to submit to online printing businesses in the lower 48, we could save quite a bit of money.

Every print job is different and will be charged at an hourly rate. A business card can be completed in less than an hour, but a six-panel trifold brochure can take 10 hours to complete. Print design services are available at a rate of $20 an hour, 1/2 hour minimum.
